NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

The P-Response® NDT is a patented technology developed to evaluate refractory structures in industrial vessels. The technology uses vibration amplitude and frequency spectrums point by point and statistical based analytical methods compared to a known good condition to evaluate damage. P-Response uses pattern recognition, statistical analysis and localized off-line measurement to detect the extent of damage. Since refractory structures are complex layers of concretes it easy to extend the technology to concrete structures.
